Who will you be joining?
Talent Management team is a part of Group HR in the global headquarters of Allianz Group. We contribute to making Allianz a great place to work by implementing best-practice strategies to develop, groom, and retain the best and brightest talents. How can you make an impact?
- Active and independent involvement in HR topics with a focus on talent management
- Exciting insights into both strategic and operational HR topics
- Participation in the development of concepts as well as the creation of presentations and Excel documents
- Support in organizing and further developing our talent programs
- Organization of Development Centers, including logistics (hotel, room, catering, etc.)
- Support in process optimization and workflow improvements
- Assistance in the planning and implementation of development measures such as coaching, 360° feedback, and Personal Development Plan
- Maintenance and updating of talent criteria in the databases
- Support in the optimization of guidelines

What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for People & Culture topics and project work
- Curiosity and openness toward HR, particularly in the area of talent management
- Initial theoretical and ideally practical experience in HR and talent management
- Analytical, structured, and proactive working style
- Confident and self-reliant demeanour
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, along with a strong sense of language
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Responsible and discreet handling of information

- Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- You work with great attention to detail and maintain high accuracy and focus, even with routine tasks
- You are flexible and can respond to ad-hoc requests on short notice
- You demonstrate a high level of service orientation and can independently set priorities and efficiently complete tasks, even under time pressure
