The role
We are looking for a dynamic six-month intern to learn from and contribute to the organisation of events and projects for our ICC World Chambers Federation (WCF).
You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of events and initiatives:
Preparation of the 15th World Chambers Congress (Toronto, 2027)
- Support early-stage planning, including drafting timelines and guidelines.
- Assist in promotional activity for the 15th World Chambers Congress (#15WCC) at other ICC and external events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the Congress set-up phase
Regional events 2026
- Assist in planning and coordination of ICC WCF regional events (locations to be confirmed).
- Support with event logistics, partnerships, project timelines, and reporting.
- Contribute to marketing and communications strategies to promote the summits through various ICC channels.
- Help prepare materials and resources for chambers and partners.
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the event teams.
Other WCF activities and projects
- Support the team with other WCF events as and when required.
- Support the bidding process for future WCF events.
- Assist with cross-cutting projects within the WCF team as needed.

- Are a fluent English speaker with excellent writing skills (French and/or any other language is a plus);
- Possess strong organisational skills with proven ability to multi-task and manage priorities with attention to detail;
- Have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Bring experience or interest in event project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and other event-related tasks.
- Can demonstrate strong analytical and communication abilities, with an interest in international business and global affairs;
- Have a genuine motivation to learn and contribute within an international team environment;
- Any other skills that could add value to the projects and to the team are more than welcome.

Important information before applying:
- You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
- Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
- Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
- Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
- Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
