Details
As a recognized leader in the industry, we are renowned for our high-quality services, which have established our reputation across Europe. With over 450 employees, our headquarters are based at Luxembourg Airport, at the heart of our airline operations.
The Engineering & Maintenance department is composed of a CAMO located in Luxembourg and 3 maintenance centers located in UK, Germany and Switzerland. Beginning of 2023, Jetfly lunched a study to replace the different software of each location and selected AMOS Swiss Aviation Software. The AMOS implementation project has been divided in 3 phases:
- Phase 1 – AMOS partial implementation
- Phase 2 – AMOS full implementation
- Phase 3 – Digitalization
Phase 1 is now completed, and we are looking for an intern to support the Phase 2 and Phase 3. He/She will report to the AMOS Administrator.
Job Description:
- Ensure good user utilization and high data quality collect, and organize additional training as necessary.
- Be in support of AMOS Key Users to develop and implement specific processes & KPIs.
- Implement AMOS features not yet implemented (project Phase 2).
- Support full Engineering & Maintenance digitalization (project Phase 3).

Profile:
- Aeronautic cursus.
- Knowledge of aviation industry (CAMO and maintenance environment).
- Fluent in French & English, any other language will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident problem-solver and solution driven.

Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
