As part of its strategy to strengthen its Repo Money Market Desk, Kepler’s Debt & Derivatives team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-driven young professionals who is keen to join a leading financial player with a set-up across several different business lines. During your internship you will work with the Debt & Credit team.

YOUR TASKS:

Your tasks will involve the below responsibilities:

  • You will be first introduced to the specificities of Repo desk, by assisting the brokers in place;
  • Take part in the execution of interbank transactions on markets;
  • Carry on the relationship with clients and counterparties.

In a second time, your will be responsible for:

  • Developing the IT Tools in place;
  • Following up the trades with back office department.

Description of Ideal Candidate

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

The candidate should meet the following requirements: 

  • Student completing a Master’s level qualification within a management, economic or engineering subject;
  • Strong academic background; previous internship experience on the trading floor or in Asset;
  • Management would be a plus;
  • Keen interest in financial markets;
  • You are fluent in English and French;
  • Ability to build complex Excel spreadsheets, strong computer skills and Bloomberg knowledge is a plus;
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex information quickly and accurately.
