Join us, and you’ll get instant exposure to all kinds of projects, from cloud gaming to smart WiFi to online security. Progressing through four rotations, you’ll gain experience across TV, broadband, mobile and fixed voice communications while building up core functional and technical skills. If you like, we can also support you to achieve charterships and professional certifications.
Our Programme
Throughout the scheme, you’ll have opportunities to collaborate with teams and colleagues across Europe and develop expertise in areas including:
- Product Development & Strategy
- Project Management
- Network Planning & Design
- BI & Data Analytics
- Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Creation

What you need
We’re looking for ambitious, free-thinking graduates who are passionate about Technology and Innovation. The scheme is based in the Netherlands with potential opportunities to work abroad, so you must be fluent in English and be eligible to work in your chosen location without company sponsorship. You also need a minimum of 2.1 in your undergraduate degree or a grade 7 for your higher degree (or country equivalent) in any discipline, although something science or tech-related would be an advantage.
