Looking for a business development challenge?

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Lime, you are passionate about helping our customers grow, develop, and get the most out of their CRM investment.  

By assisting our customers in getting the most “bang for their buck”, and increasing their CRM usage, you ensure long term profitable customer relationships. You work with your own client portfolio and you are comfortable with delivering on a budget every month.  

As a Customer Success Manager at Lime, you are thriving in a dynamic and fast-moving environment with a great team spirit and a mission to become Sweden’s best CSM team.

This position is available at our Swedish offices in Lund, Gothenburg, and Stockholm.

  • Have confidence and an entrepreneurial side
  • Are fearless, social and structured
  • Have Grit and persistence  
  • Are tech-savvy 
  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, IT, engineering, or equivalent
  • Have a driver’s license

Naturally, we will provide you with all the training you need in order to succeed. Other than teaching you all you need to know about Lime and our culture, you will also become a pro when it comes to sales techniques, our products, and negotiation skills. Working with Customer Success at Lime is an exciting mix of business development and technique – sounds like the perfect mix, right?
