ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
PIONEERS - Louis Vuitton Internship Program is designed to offer you an enriching and meaningful work experience within the luxury retail environment.
This internship is an opportunity for you to bridge the gap between academic theories and real-world business practices, by actively contributing to the Maison’s success. Over the course of 6 months, you will deepen your understanding of the luxury industry, gain exposure to various facets of our operations and engage with seasoned experts in their fields.
You will embark on a structured journey, punctuated with orientation, training, mentorship, networking opportunities as well as practical work projects to develop your skillset.
Elevate Your Career: Indirect Procurement Intern (Asia Pacific)

We're offering a dynamic internship where you'll support the core of our operations – sourcing and managing non-production goods and services across the Asia Pacific region. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop crucial analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment, setting the stage for a rewarding career in procurement and supply chain management.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Data & Insights Generator:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain reports on key procurement metrics, like spend analysis, savings tracking, and vendor performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement based on data.
- Sourcing & Operations Support:
- Assist in the sourcing process, including market research, supplier identification, and developing Requests for Information (RFI)/Proposals (RFP).
- Support the evaluation of supplier proposals and contribute to contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate supplier databases and procurement documentation.
- Strategic Project Contributor:
- Assist with various procurement projects, such as category strategy development and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Prepare presentations and reports for project updates and findings.
- Support the preparation for our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) project implementation.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Passionate about Luxury: A strong interest in the Retail Luxury industry and supply chain management.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solver: A driven, detail-oriented, resourceful problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Detail-Oriented & Autonomous: Highly organized and able to work independently.
- Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Year 3 or 4 undergraduate or graduate program, in a business-related or Supply Chain major.
- Availability: Available for a 6-month full-time internship starting in Q1 2026.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English & Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
- Work Authorization: Authorized to work in Hong Kong without VISA sponsorship.
