TASKS
- Collaborate with licensing and governance stakeholders to analyze, improve, and standardize business processes
- Support the handover of processes between teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational continuity
- Maintain and update process documentation, guidelines, and governance materials
- Assist in coordinating and supporting initiatives related to Microsoft licensing compliance and process optimization
- Support testing and validation of process changes and tools used by the licensing teams
- Work with technical and business experts to assess solution options and ensure alignment with governance standards
- Provide administrative and organizational support for licensing operations and transition activities
- Analyze existing licensing processes and governance workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support standardization and transition of licensing procedures
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, handover materials, and governance guidelines for transitioned activities

REQUIREMENTS
- Interested in IT-related projects
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent PC skills (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Good functional and technical knowledge of IT systems
- knowledge of English (both oral and written)
- Knowledge of IT Security and Compliance requirements
- Ability to easily communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical prospects (verbal and written format)
- Understanding of programming or algorithmic logic
- Thinks analytically and enjoys solving logical problems
- Understanding of Product Management function
- Passionate about learning programming and automation
- Basic knowledge of office tools like Excel
- Understands databases at a basic level
