About the Internship
This internship is the perfect opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with one of the most in‑demand digital marketing technologies, learn how enterprise‑level customer engagement platforms operate, and build practical skills in SalesForce, data handling, and marketing automation.
Main Tasks
- Support SFMC Specialists and our Customers in configuring and operating Marketing Cloud components
- Assist in creating and testing multi‑channel campaigns (email, push, SMS)
- Help prepare and validate journey setups in Journey Builder
- Participate in building data extensions, simple automations, and audience segments
- Support troubleshooting efforts by reproducing issues, capturing logs, and documenting findings
- Maintain SFMC‑related documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases
- Assist in quality assurance tasks: content checks, rendering tests, link tests, and data validation
- Collaborate with product owners and marketing teams to ensure accurate delivery of communication requirements

- Ongoing education in STEM, Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in digital marketing, CRM systems, or marketing automation
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, SQL, SalesForce, Jira, or Confluence is a plus — but not required
