WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work closely with several teams (CRM, Customer Experience, Retail, Brand Marketing, etc.)
- Prepare, track and dispatch of E-Mail Marketing campaigns in several languages
- Assist in the creation of statistics, reports and monitoring of the main E-Mail Marketing KPIs
- Help optimize the newsletters and the event-driven mailings
- Take part in the planning and implementing of new mailing formats and E-Mail Marketing related projects
- Creation of the newsletter segments and targeting to retain the right customers
- Familiarized with the company’s current and potential customers
- Support in different tasks in the EMM Marketing Team (customer tickets, quality assurance, deliverability, transactional mails, triggered e-mails)
