Company Description
Bosch Rexroth is a global leader in drive and control technologies, delivering innovative solutions that power everything from industrial automation and mobile machinery to factory and renewable energy applications. As part of the Bosch Group, we combine cutting-edge engineering with a strong focus on sustainability and digital transformation. At Bosch Rexroth, we empower motion, helping industries around the world become more efficient, connected, and future-ready.
What you'll do
- Work directly with the Bosch Rexroth Japan leadership team on strategy and organizational development.
- Support the development of our country strategy, from purpose, vision and strategic objectives to initiatives, KPIs and execution.
- Turn management discussions and ideas into clear concepts, presentations, decision papers and actionable plans.
- Support the deployment of strategy across the organization, including workshops, alignment with departments, consolidation of input and follow-up.
- Prepare and facilitate leadership workshops and strategic meetings, including agendas, materials, documentation and action tracking.
- Help develop management routines, meeting structures, review cycles and long-term leadership agendas.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions and management discussions.
- Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and follow up with stakeholders across the organization.
- Help ensure that decisions become actions by maintaining transparency on priorities, responsibilities, deadlines and progress.
Why join us
This is a unique opportunity to experience how a company is actually led from the inside. Rather than supporting one department or a single project, you will work closely with our senior management team and gain exposure to strategy, organizational development, governance and business transformation across the entire company. You will be expected to take complex and sometimes unstructured management topics and help turn them into something tangible: a presentation, analysis, workshop, management process, project plan or decision proposal.
The role therefore combines elements of strategy consulting, project management and a leadership-team office. You will receive significant exposure to senior management while being trusted with real responsibility and work that directly influences how Bosch Rexroth Japan develops.
