You will have the opportunity to work at one of the most promising healthtech companies, preparing to launch an AI-powered Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) for lung cancer screening in the U.S. and Europe, and developing an important oncology pipeline focused on helping patients and advancing the radiology field. In this internship/traineeship, you will work closely with the VP Marketing and three Product Managers to strengthen eyonis®’s global presence across congresses, symposia, and social media platforms.
Fluency in English is required for this role; proficiency in French is a strong plus.
Assignments
Congress, Symposia & Event Support
- Assist in building and updating the list of key congresses for eyonis participation.
- Help monitor the landscape for new and emerging congress opportunities.
- Support preparation meetings with the management team (e.g., preparing materials, following up on actions).
- Contribute to the organization of booths, logistics, communication materials, and on-site coordination.
- Support the preparation and coordination of symposia and product presentations.
Social Media & Communication Support
- Assist in creating congress-related content for social media before, during, and after events.
- Contribute to the eyonis Business Unit’s overall social media presence, including content creation, promotional initiatives, and educational campaigns.
- Ensure content drafts are aligned with the brand image and reviewed by relevant stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with corporate communication, regulatory, clinical, and other stakeholders to support the review and approval process for communication materials.
- Provide support in coordinating third-party agencies and vendors.
