In the Investment Management division, we deliver active investment strategies across public and private markets and custom solutions to institutional and individual investors.
Morgan Stanley Investment Management, together with its investment advisory affiliates, manages $1.6 trillion in assets globally as of March 31, 2025. Morgan Stanley Investment Management strives to provide outstanding long-term investment performance, service and a comprehensive suite of investment management solutions to a diverse client base, which includes governments, institutions, corporations and individuals worldwide.
The Distribution Management team based in London supports the International (EMEA, Latin America and Asia) Sales organisation and Senior Sales Management.
Training Program
London-based training begins in June with one week of intensive classroom training, including an introduction to Morgan Stanley, followed by specific business specific training. Throughout the internship, you will be exposed to business speakers and practical sessions as you continue to become familiar with the asset management industry.
Responsibilities
- Production of regular MI reporting
- Resolution of queries from sales teams
- Governance around sales practices
- Development of new processes and reports to support the business
- Ad hoc projects

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
- You are pursuing an undergraduate degree and will graduate between December 2026 and July 2027.
- You are fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. An ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages would be an advantage
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex information quickly and accurately
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly
- Strong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data
