Our world-class graduate programme
We are recruiting an analyst in Amsterdam on the Climate and ESG Capital Markets, Corporates team.
Our Climate and ESG Capital Markets, Corporates team lead the sustainable finance origination efforts as well as the bank’s climate and environmental strategy. As a graduate trainee in this team, you’ll be providing support on structuring marketing and execution of Green and Social, Sustainability and Sustainability-linked Bonds.
Furthermore, you will research transaction precedents and performance, analyse data to summarise trends, investor sentiment and market outlook, and monitor relevant regulatory and policy developments to help draft thought leadership and client pitches.
We’ll give you the tools and support you need to make a real impact to the team around you. You’ll have the unique opportunity to gain valuable exposure too, as you will work across various sectors and geographies cover segments such as financing, cash investment and risk management transactions for our corporate clients.

Entry requirements
To be eligible for our NatWest Markets graduate programme in Amsterdam, you’ll need:
- To have, or be on course to achieving a Bachelor’s degree classification of at least 7 points
- Fluency in English
- A proven interest in sustainable finance and capital markets
- Good research and analysis, communication and presentation skills
- A strong customer focus
- The ability to organise and prioritise effectively
- To enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
