Overview
For impact leaders ready for their next step.
You’re carrying a question that feels bigger than your current mandate. A strategic dilemma. A sustainability ambition that isn’t landing. A coalition that should exist but doesn’t yet. A conversation that needs to happen at a different level.
You’ve built experience. You care about impact. You’re navigating transformation inside a complex organisation. And you know: strategy isn’t the hard part, alignment is.

How it works
NextNudge brings together a curated group of Nudge alumni and intergenerational professionals (junior, medior and senior) to work on real organisational impact challenges submitted by Nudge alumni.
A small number of cases are selected and worked on in mixed teams throughout the programme. Not because we expect to “solve” them in a few days, but because working on something real reveals how leadership operates; where momentum builds, where it stalls, and what is required to take the next step.
Moving sustainability forward isn’t just technical work. It is leadership work.
