Main Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations across various departments, including HR, Operations, Finance, Fund administration, Corporate Services, and Compliance.
- Support team members in preparing and organizing documentation for client meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research and analysis to assist in project development and client reporting.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Shadow experienced professionals to gain a deeper understanding of the financial services industry.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Or currently, at school leaver level, and thinking of a career in Financial Services
- Strong interest in financial services and a desire to learn more about the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), particularly Excel (preferably having worked with Pivot Tables and V Lookups)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
