About the job

In this role, you will contribute to strengthening Opella’s Process Excellence, Risk Management, and Business Continuity capabilities. You will support key operational processes, ensure high-quality standards across systems and documentation, and help teams work more efficiently. You will also play a meaningful part in enabling training, communication, and platform support for teams across the organization.

Main responsibilities

  • Support quality checks on Business Continuity Plans and transition projects.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain Process Excellence training materials, including modules on the Elevate e‑learning platform.
  • Participate in workshops and assist trainers during facilitation.
  • Own and manage the control execution functionality within the AuditBoard platform.
  • Provide user support for AuditBoard and contribute to creating user guides and training documentation.
  • Create internal communication materials (emails, intranet posts, short videos) and maintain documentation templates and standards.
  • Support the LEAN training program, including participant tracking and certificate issuance.
  • Collaborate across functions and handle ad‑hoc requests from the Process Excellence team.
