You’ll work closely with our AI Product Director, helping him stay connected with the broader AI initiative and our team based in Poland. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with research, project coordination, and planning efforts related to AI projects

  • Track ongoing initiatives, follow up on deliverables, and ensure smooth project flow

  • Contribute to the exploration of new AI-related trends, solutions, and business use cases

  • Prepare summaries, updates, and documentation to support effective decision-making

  • Act as a communication bridge between the Product Director in Oslo and our Polish-based AI team

Description of Ideal Candidate

Job Requirements:

  • Ongoing or recently completed studies in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field

  • Strong interest in AI, innovation, and future technology trends

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative and follow through

  • Proficiency in English (Polish language is a big plus)

  • Some coding experience in e.g. Python or Javascript is a plus 

An Ideal Candidate’s Profile: 

  • Experience in research or project coordination

  • Previous exposure to AI tools, business strategy, or product management

  • Comfortable working independently and asking the right questions

  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a tech-driven environment
