- Identify and qualify business opportunities through strategic research and digital tools like HubSpot.
- Manage initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and spark their interest in our services.
- Coordinate high-value meetings with our team of consultants and sales specialists.
- Keep our portfolio of contacts and accounts updated in HubSpot, ensuring clear traceability of each interaction.
- Collaborate in email marketing campaigns and automation to nurture business relationships.
- Support in the preparation of reports that reflect the impact of your actions and contribute to decision-making.
- Learn in-depth about our consulting services to communicate their value authentically and effectively.

What you’ll bring
- Any experience in business development, sales, or similar roles (preferred).
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- English proficiency (at least: B2) and native/fluent Spanish (C1).
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Strong ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and digital work environments.
