We are looking for an HR intern to join our HR team in our headquarters, Brussels to support our team in recruiting the best talents.

MISSION
By being part of the HR team, you will learn about the entire recruitment process and the different recruitment techniques. You will also develop your capacity to assess competencies and cultural fit.
We are a small team but we are dynamic, efficient and we believe in our people! You will also experience what working in a fast-paced and international environment is like. You will also be supported by the HR manager and HR coordinator.
If your goal is to work in HR in the future or get a real taste of what it is like, this internship is for you.
Responsibilities
- Job posting: Collect the necessary information to open a new position and post our new jobs on our ATS, LinkedIn and other job search sites.
- Source Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen Applications: Review and assess applications using Odoo to ensure suitability for roles.
- Recruitment Process Management: Organize and streamline the recruitment process in coordination with hiring managers, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Interviews: Observe and participate in interviews, providing valuable insights to the hiring team.
- HR Project Contribution: Actively contribute to ongoing HR initiatives.

- You are fluent in English. French is a strong plus.
