Details
At the end of internship, you’ll be able to:
KPIs Reporting & Analysis (40%):
- Track, analyze, and report on business performance metrics, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Review customer accounts, analyze risks, and propose actions for overdue payments.
- Plan, track, and monitor the invoice cycle, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements to increase financial and operational performance.
Accounts Receivable (AR) (40%):
- Assist in generating and distributing customer invoices.
- Monitor AR balances and coordinate follow-ups on overdue accounts.
- Prepare AR reports and provide regular updates to management on the status of receivables.
- Work with customers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.
Client Dashboard Management (20%):
- Create and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into client accounts, invoice status, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure dashboards are updated regularly with accurate data, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize dashboard content and functionality, making it a valuable tool for decision-making.

ABOUT YOU
Background
- You are pursuing a bachelor or a master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with dashboards, data visualization tools, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data effectively to various stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English.
