Back in 2011, Optimy was formed out of an idea to streamline grantmaking for foundations. The research and development of Optimy started in February 2011. Between the years of 2012-2015, the software slowly became known when five continents around the world started using the Optimy solution.

The grant management software expanded to involve community investment and sponsorship management, which lead to the trust of over 100 customers using Optimy. Over the next year, Optimy reached more and more people, doubling its customer base. Today, over 250 organisations spread across the world from Australia to North America, Japan, South Africa and Brazil, with the highest density in Europe.

MISSION

"Step into our Revenue Operations Internship, where you'll dive into data-driven strategies, optimize processes, and gain hands-on experience in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success to drive growth and efficiency! "

Responsibilities

  • Documenting processes and their changes
  • Ensure CRM data integrity through regular de-duplication and cleanup procedures. Manage and evaluate data in the CRM
  • Any additional support that the Sales Development teams may need: market research, competition analysis, etc.
  • Sales operations and processes: support the sales team in daily sales operations using sales enablement tools, lead generation tools, and the CRM     
  • Lead Research: constantly update the existing database and be part of the lead generation team
  • Marketing operations: deliver inbounds from marketing to sales, ensure the smooth process between the inbound lead generation and the sales follow up
  • Market research: analyze customers, competitors, and support the company's strategic decisions on the sales focus and targeting
  • Ensure a smooth flow of daily operations between the sales, marketing, and customer success teams by leveraging our communication channels and the CRM

ABOUT YOU

Background

  • Previous administrative experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • You have a real interest in a sales and/or sales operations career
  • You are organized and able to work autonomously
  • An agreement is provided by your university

Skills

  • You are fluent in English.
  • Proficient on Excel / Google Spreadsheet
  • You are proactive, process-oriented, creative and a ‘doer’ focusing on productivity
  • You are a learner, open to feedback

Practical Information

  • You are available for 6 months or more, starting ASAP
