The role
Orderchamp is seeking a finance intern to join our team in Amsterdam. Are you passionate about data and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment? We’re looking for an analytical CRM intern to help us maintain and optimize our HubSpot CRM, support our sales team, and perform data-driven analyses.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who aspires to become a business or data analyst, with a strong focus on CRM. You'll learn how to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive real business decisions.
Your day-to-day work will include a mix of operational tasks, such as ensuring data accuracy and process consistency, creating reports and dashboards for the sales team, and assisting in the generation and qualification of leads to fuel our growth. You'll also contribute to broader projects, including automating and streamlining CRM processes, and conducting analyses to identify trends and growth opportunities.
As a fast-growing scale-up, we’re looking for someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.

Requirements

BSc./MSc. in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field;

Strong analytical skills;

Detail-oriented and structured, with a problem-solving mindset;

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;

Experience with (or eager to learn) HubSpot;

Fluent in English;

Asset: (Basic) knowledge of SQL.
