Your goal is to transition our sales organization from an informal structure to a scalabledepartment. You will build the "Sales Director" playbook from scratch.

Outsight’s software solutions track the motion of people and vehicles using 3D LiDAR data.Operators of transportation hubs like airports and train stations but also sport venues, road infrastructures and industrial sites can now access accurate and anonymous Spatial Intelligence data, in order to improve operations and increase user safety and satisfaction.

Our international team of scientists and engineers drive the development of our solutions from Paris, San Francisco, Sophia-Antipolis (Nice) & Hong Kong. To support our global outreach, we also operate a commercial office in Spain.

Our Passenger Flow Traffic Monitoring solution is trusted by the world’s leading airports and train stations across four continents, including the most renowned hubs celebrated for their operational excellence and exceptional passenger experience.  We also deploy our solutions in other markets such as Tourism, Retail and Sports.

Additionally, our Car Traffic Remote Monitoring product is trusted by several Tier 1 customers, including BMW.

The Context

Outsight is deploying Spatial AI solutions for international B2B accounts. Our salesorganization currently consists of 5 Sales Managers located in Hong Kong, France, Spain, andthe USA. Currently, the Managing Director performs the functions of Sales Director.

Key Deliverables:

  • Define the Architecture: Map the interaction and workflow between the SalesDirector role and the 5 Sales Managers.
  • Build the Stack: Leverage the CRM workflows, reporting dashboards, routines, andDeal Desk processes.
  • Establish Routines: Design the structure for weekly sales meetings and monthlyprogress reviews.
  • Track Performance: Move from qualitative updates to quantitative milestones. You willimplement a system to track the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Field Understanding: You will participate in customer meetings alongside our SalesManagers to understand the life of the team and the specificities of the internationalB2B sales cycle.

  • Process-Oriented: You have previously implemented a tool or a process (in a projector previous internship) that was adopted and used by a group.
  • Communication: You prefer listening to a manager's constraints before proposing anew tool. You can explain the "why" behind a process to a Sales Manager in HongKong as clearly as to one in Madrid.
  • Analytical: You are comfortable turning raw sales data into specific performanceindicators that drive decision-making.
