About Pasqal
PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools. Our innovative technology enables us to address use cases that are currently beyond the reach of the most powerful supercomputers; these cases can concern industrial application challenges as well as fundamental science needs. Job Description
With operations in three continents and rapid business growth, Pasqal the leader in neutral atom quantum computing, is currently reinforcing its public policy practice globally.
In this context, Pasqal offers an attractive internship to support the Global Public Policy Lead in the delivery of high-profile European public policy campaigns, initiatives and positions.
As an intern, you will notably contribute to a large range of diverse activities, including:

Monitor and analyze quantum policy and regulatory developments in key European markets (including EU) of Pasqal’s interest

Map and structure the policy quantum ecosystems at EU level an in key EU Member States

Contribute to policy thought leadership developments and positions, including on quantum competitiveness, innovation, scale-up, skills
-
Support the development of Pasqal’s public policy operations via knowledge management, information sharing, monitoring and reporting activities

Prepare policy notes and briefings to educate policymakers and internal stakeholders on key EU and European quantum policy issues at stake
-
Contribute to the preparation of high-profile policy campaigns and policy positions across the European Union

About you
You are looking for an end-of-study internship and are about to graduate with one of the following master's degrees:

International and/or European Affairs,

Public Policies or Political Economy or Economics

Engineering in conjunction of a Business and/or Policy background

Deep knowledge of EU institutions’ policy processes and legislative cycle is required
