What You’ll Do

Support financial planning cycles including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and re planning processes across the business

Produce performance analysis and metric reporting for revenue forecasting, commercial KPIs, and trend identification
-
Deliver variance analysis and initial commentary to explain deviations from budget and forecast and flag potential actions for stakeholders
-
Partner with revenue and success teams by providing accurate data, modelling, and insight to support commercial decision making
-
Standardise and improve reporting quality in collaboration with FP&A and Accounting teams
-
Support data and tooling improvements to strengthen models, streamline data inputs, and improve financial visibility across the organisation
-
Work with large data sets using advanced spreadsheet skills and ideally SQL to enhance analytical depth and efficiency

What You Need to Succeed

3 to 5 years’ experience in finance, FP&A, commercial analytics, consulting, or a similar quantitative role

Advanced spreadsheet skills using Google Sheets or Excel for modelling and scenario analysis
-
Ability to interpret and present financial data clearly, identifying performance drivers and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders
-
Strong communication and business partnering skills with experience engaging non financial leaders in revenue or commercial functions
-
Degree in a numerical field such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or similar
-
SQL familiarity is strongly preferred and will be valued within the team
-
Understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, CAC, and other commercial KPIs is beneficial
