Personio is a company where HR is not “just” a department - people are our passion, and it is our core business. We are looking for highly motivated and organized People & Culture working students and interns (d/f/m) to be part of building a stronger people experience at Personio.

Current opening:
Intern (40h/week):
Campus Events Intern (Munich, Start: 01.07.2023)
- Planning, and organization of external & internal campus-related events - at the moment around 90 events with a lot of internal and external stakeholder communication
- Organization of internal networking events for students
- Strategic projects around campus recruiting (target school research, slides, newsletter creation)
Tech Talent Acquisition (Munich, Start: 01.03.2023)
- You identify suitable candidates for a variety of technical positions on LinkedIn, Stackoverflow and other tech-specific platforms, actively approach them and conduct initial 1st calls.
- You regularly participate in stakeholder meetings and make an active contribution to improving the candidate pipeline
- You support the organization of recruiting events as well as Meetups and bring your own ideas to the table
Working Student (16-20h/week):
Currently, there are no open positions in this area, but new positions will be added gradually.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
We are looking for interns and working students who possess strong interpersonal abilities by demonstrating empathy and effective communication.
Hard Skills:
- Currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (Business, HR, psychology)
- Initial experience in the area of people experience, HR, or similar in the context of internships or working student activities is an advantage
- English is required, as we are a European company
Soft Skills:
- High affinity for HR topics and an “Employee-oriented Mindset”
- You demonstrate excellent people skills, including networking and team-orientation
- Your work style is diligent, and you like analytical tasks, but you’re also happy to do manual tasks if they are needed
- You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of initiative
