Overview
As an Intern in the Publisher Development team, you will support the growth and expansion of publisher partnerships across Spain and LATAM. Your role will involve sourcing new partners, manage their onboarding and technical setup, and the optimisation of their performance through partnering with advertiser programs. You will provide education and training on CJ platforms and processes to ensure that publishers feel supported and engaged. You will work closely with Client Development Managers and Sales teams to ensure the smooth migrations of programs from other networks. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will contribute to projects within the Spanish Publisher team and provide support for broader Client Development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Publisher Acquisition & Growth

Identifying and recruiting new publishers to join the CJ network.

Expanding partnerships in key regions

Ensuring publishers are aligned with advertiser programs for mutual growth.
Onboarding & Integration

Guiding publishers through the onboarding process, including technical setup.

Educating them on CJ’s platform, tools, and best practices to maximise success.
Optimisation & Performance Management

Monitoring publisher performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Helping publishers optimise their campaigns to drive higher engagement and revenue.
Migration Support

Assisting in transitioning publishers from other affiliate networks or technology platforms to CJ.

Collaborating with internal teams like Client Development and Sales to ensure smooth migrations.

Supporting with recruitment gaps for new Advertisers
Relationship Management

Acting as a trusted advisor for publishers, providing ongoing support and strategic guidance.

Building strong, long-term partnerships that benefit both publishers and advertisers.

Qualifications
Technical & Analytical Skills:

Good understanding of digital marketing and affiliate marketing concepts would be beneficial

Ability to analyse performance data and identify optimisation opportunities.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent English and Spanish required. Portuguese is beneficial

Confident in talking to new people and making new connections both in person and virtually

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.

Organisational Skills:
