As a Working Student in UX Research, you will join our international innovation team as a full team member. Your role will focus on the UX strategy and aligning the UX with behavioural patterns. You will create user surveys and participate in the explorative phase, as well as in the testing phase of our product development. Understanding and identifying the user needs is key for your role.

Your Impact:
- Insights into the entire ideation process: From conducting research, defining user personas, user stories, flows, to wireframing (low and high), as well as testing using surveys + interviews and evaluation
- Development of UX and interaction pattern
- Maintaining and developing the design system
- Supporting the creation of a UX playbook
- Responsible for the documentation of research outcomes

Your Skills & Experience:
- Studies in the realm of UX Research such as Media, Service or Interaction Design or similar fields of study
- First practical experience in the project realm
- Experience working with tools such as mural and MS Office Software
- Confident in raising your voice, regardless if it is about ideas, creative thoughts or project related concerns
- High motivation and hands-on mentality
- Team Player mindset and willingness to learn
- Excellent English language skills
