What you'll get to do
As an e-Business Specialist, you will:
- Manage brand catalog, including titles, photos, descriptions, and A+ pages.
- Collaborate with external agency in developing compelling advertising content.
- Analyze Sell-In and Sell-Out data for informed decision-making.
- Make monthly forecast adjustments and effectively control expenses.
- Monitor performance and conduct profitability analysis.
- Implement promotional activities and optimize the portfolio.
- Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance evaluation.
- Create impactful presentations for internal and external business meetings.
- Organize valuable insights and learnings to develop a best practices playbook.
As a Digital Specialist, you will:
- Improve Benetton & Shakira Perfumes presence on Amazon (EU, USA).
- Conduct an e-tailing audit of the brand presence in key markets (LATAM).
- Update the e-tailing guidelines for Benetton and Shakira Perfumes.
- Support markets in implementing e-tailing initiatives.
- Develop e-tailing assets with the agency (banners, comparison charts, etc.).

We'd love to meet you if you have
Graduate contract: you cannot have more than 3 experiences after your last degree to be part of the program.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for the industry.
- Sensibility and taste for beauty and fashion brands.
- Strong analytical and organizational /project management abilities.
- Previous experience with Amazon (Vendor or Seller) is highly valuable.
- Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas (e.g., if statements, xlookup).
