As Group Learning & Development Intern you work with the team to develop and nurture a global culture of lifelong learning. You will be actively involved in projects that support building and enhancing this culture, leading to a positive impact on the skills, knowledge and competencies of our employees and their business performance today and tomorrow.

Mission and key tasks
- You will build Learner Marketing Campaigns
- You will get an assigned project that you will drive from research to implementation. Projects vary based on the timing of the internship, but could consist of market exploration of new learning solutions, upgrading of existing solutions based on benchmarking and new technologies, working on scalability of selected solutions, building a case for a new learning technology pilot.
- You will work with the team on the daily operations for some of our Global programs.
- You support the data & reporting activities in our LMS and Power BI.
