Overview

We’re looking for a curious and driven intern to join our Business Development team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, operations, and lead generation within a fast-paced B2B environment. You’ll support the team in discovering and engaging new Health & Beauty suppliers across Europe and the UK. Along the way, you’ll learn how to evaluate suppliers, work with commercial tools, and contribute to key growth initiatives.

Job responsibilities

What you’ll be working on

  • Acquisition: Convert new sign-ups into active customers by facilitating their first order.
  • Reactivation: Re-engage with churned prospects to bring them back to the platform.
  • Qualifying: Assess prospects during screening calls to determine their potential as qualified sales leads.
  • Sales Pitching: Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Follow-Up & Closing Deals: Manage follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel and close deals, achieving both individual and team sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in our CRM system.

What we’re looking for

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with an ability to empathize and build rapport with SMBs
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Able to commit to full-time, office-based hours for six months
  • Based in Amsterdam
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any other European language (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch)
  • Available to join in April or May 2026
