About the role
Our Employer Branding team drives campaigns that attract top talent to Revolut. From creative concepts to digital campaigns and in-person events, they tell authentic stories about what it’s like to work here and why the brightest minds should join us.
We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager Intern to bring ideas to life through creative storytelling and engaging campaigns. You’ll collaborate with team members across the company to shape how we connect with talent worldwide.

The Rev-celerator Internship Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation (conditions apply).

What you'll be doing
- Managing and supporting global employer brand events, from preparation to execution
- Driving and developing our Ambassadors programme, engaging employees to promote Revolut and enhance our brand internally and externally
- Running impactful promotion campaigns by researching trends in employer branding and student marketing to inform strategies
- Supporting the creation of internal content for our employer brand, working with designers, videographers, and recruiters to bring campaigns to life
- Assisting with multi-channel techniques to amplify brand awareness
- Contributing to the development of engaging narratives by working closely with our Social Media team
- Analysing campaign performance and providing insights to improve future initiatives
- Managing campaign calendars, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth delivery
- Receiving regular feedback to support your development

What you'll need
- To be in your penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, design, media, business, or a related field (graduating in 2027)
- A portfolio showcasing creative projects, campaigns, or content work
- Impressive writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- A proactive, curious, and results-driven mindset
- Fluency in English (native level) with excellent communications skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Great organisational and problem-solving skills
- A results-driven mindset and an understanding of the importance of performance reporting
- Confidence in producing content for different channels and media
- To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
- Full-time availability for Summer 2026 and the ability to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment (this is a hybrid role)
Nice to have
- A keen interest in employer branding and talent acquisition
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in student marketing, employer branding, recruitment campaigns, or brand promotion
