Help our project teams and support us in software or hardware development, design work, product management, sales or in our administration and IT functions. Our goal is to hire as many future employees as possible for permanent positions with us after graduation. That's why we would like to get to know you well – and of course give you the chance to become thoroughly familiar with our company over the term of the internship (generally 26 weeks).
Internship opportunities
- Basic internship: During the six-week internship period, you'll gain your first valuable insights into our apprentice workshops in Teisnach or Munich. The basic mechanical internship will familiarize participants with cutting, grinding and molding processes, and the electronic internship gives them a basic knowledge of such manual skills as soldering, cable assembly, drilling and lathe techniques and measurement processes in DC and AC applications.
- Co-op placement (optional/mandatory): At Rohde & Schwarz we have the right internship package for almost every student – regardless of where they are in their studies. We will entrust important tasks to you while you're still a student, and you'll have the valuable opportunity right from the start to be included as a full team member in ongoing projects and development activities.
- International internships: If you're interested in international student opportunities outside Germany, a global player like Rohde & Schwarz is the right place for you. You are an ideal candidate if you are studying – or plan to study – electrical, communications or RF engineering, or IT, computer science, technical computer science or industrial engineering.
But you are also more than welcome here if you are interested in other areas. The important thing is to apply as early as possible, and no later than four months prior to your desired starting date, because places are limited – and in very high demand!
