Key Accountabilities主要职责:
Mechanical design and development
- Mechanical design for components of diesel engine, genset and other application in accordance with company guidelines, drawings and drafts considering application, cost, performance, manufacture, assembly, and service
- Standardize different parts/components with similar functions.
- Create drafts/drawings based on feasibility and capability of manufacturing techniques, materials, and production standards.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, such as team members, engineers from other teams, technical managers, project leaders, product and manufacturing engineers, and supplier partners.
- Schedule implementation of parts/components alternations into production process.
- Evaluate mechanical optimization potential of parts/components in function, specification, or dimension
Technical documentation
- Translate design outputs into technical documentation (e.g. parts lists, drawings) in accordance with standards, product specifications and serial numbers.
- Compile technical specification and project documentation.
- Perform collecting, analyzing for design works.
- Any other assignment from time-to-time 其他工作安排

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求:
- Major in Mechanical Engineering, Internal Combustion Engines, Vehicle Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of design, molding, processing technology, test standards.
- Familiar with industry standards, rules, and regulations, such as DIN, ISO, and so on.
- Advanced skills in Creo to create 3D/2D models and drawings.
- Familiar with PLM system (Windchill, Teamcenter etc..), experiences in SAP will be a plus.
- Good communication ability and coordination skills can analysis and solve the relevant issue accurately and timely.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English in work environment.
