- Solution Advisory Program: Complete the 10-month program, and gain the skills and experience you need to become a highly valued Solution Advisor – a partner to sales as a subject matter expert on SAP solutions jointly delivering value to customers and prospects.
- Customer Success Manager Program: Complete the 10-month program to successfully develop into the Customer Success Manager (CSM) role. With SAP’s growing subscription revenue and increasing number of customers using cloud solutions, the CSM drives value across the customer lifecycle through successful solution adoption and ongoing renewals that foster account expansion.

- 2-3 years’ work experience with a proven record of supporting customer success and business transformation, preferably from consulting or account management that include resolution and escalation management
- Strong communication and presentation skills including fluency in English and local language
- Strong business acumen including demonstrated knowledge of business process and/or industries

Your experience with the CSM Program
The dynamic 10-month program strengthens the foundation for a successful career at SAP.
During the program, you will receive onboarding in your local market, innovative classroom-style learning in a virtual environment delivered by a full-time faculty combined with on-the-job training and mentoring by senior CSM professionals in the field.
You will gain the experience to build trusted relationships with customers to maximize the value the achieve with SAP solutions.
What happens after I graduate from the program?
You will move into a direct customer facing Customer Success Manager role in your market and continue to receive mentoring and coaching support to accelerate your growth.
