Job Description
- Support our Chief of Staff and CEO Office in their daily work, working closely with our Founders and management
- Support annual planning and strategy processes and documentation thereof
- Support with the development, implementation and maintenance of new management and governance documentation and reporting in line with regulatory requirements
- Support with drafting and updating of internal documentation and preparation of presentations for management
- Provide project management support to our corporate governance and strategy workstreams
- Work closely with various stakeholders and functions across Scalable by providing templates and guidance on governance related deliverables

Qualifications
- You are studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management or equivalent
- First experience in project management activities
- Strong interest in navigating the German regulatory landscape
- Initial knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. BAIT, MaRisk, etc.)
- Strong interest in compliance, governance and controlling topics
- Ability to work detail oriented in a fast paced environment
- First experience in reviewing and writing governance documentation for regulated firms
- You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Minimum duration of the internship: 3 Months
