Supporting Meaningful Work – work brings deeper motivation, purpose and fulfillment to our lives

  • Preparing documentation for monthly VAT compliance activities
  • Preparing and submitting Intrastat returns within tight deadlines
  • Extracting and formatting financial data from systems for external stakeholders (e.g., advisors, auditors)
  • Assisting the tax team with documentation, research, and ongoing support needs
  • Collaborating with team members across regions to support tax-related processes
  • Supporting additional tax compliance and reporting activities as requested

Description of Ideal Candidate

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or ongoing Master studies) in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English, with ability to work with documentation and communication in English.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to organize work and prioritize time-sensitive tasks, especially in deadline-driven environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn and develop new skills

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is a plus
  • Academic exposure to accounting or taxation concepts
  • Exposure to VAT compliance and reporting is a plus
  • Knowledge of French or German as an additional language.
  • Ability to connect information, think critically, and follow logical processes when solving tasks
  • Interest in working in a multicultural environment and collaborating across regions
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn and develop new skills
