This 12-month global program is designed for recent graduates ready to kickstart their careers through a combination of structured learning, hands-on experience, and personal mentorship. DevOps Engineer
Integrating Development and Operations
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between software development and IT operations. You will drive automation, streamline processes, and support scalable, resilient software delivery through:

Designing and managing CI/CD pipelines

Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Configuring cloud-based environments

Setting up monitoring and alerting systems

Supporting continuous integration, testing, and deployment workflows
Who we're looking for:

You hold or are on track to complete a master’s degree by September 2025 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Informatics, Computational Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, with above-average academic performance

You have up to two years of relevant experience gained through internships, study abroad, or post-graduation employment

You communicate effectively and work well in cross-functional, multicultural teams

You are motivated, curious, and quick to learn, especially when exploring new tools or technologies

You bring a proactive, results-driven attitude and thrive in fast-paced, global environments
-
You are fluent in English (CEFR level C1 or equivalent, such as a TOEFL score of 95+)
