Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for handling inquiries and evaluating quotes (globally), as well as preparing subsequent quote comparisons. You will also conduct market analyses and global benchmarks covering various topics related to tenders.
- In addition, you will provide support for global procurement projects such as e-procurement and AI initiatives in the procurement environment.
- Furthermore, you will prepare for and participate in framework agreement and price negotiations, departmental and project team meetings, as well as supplier visits.
- As part of your internship, you will become familiar with SAP and its initial application.
- You will create reports (key performance indicators in procurement) and assist in compiling management documents.
- You will also work independently on exciting tasks and projects in an international context.

Your Profile
- You are a currently enrolled student majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration with an interest in technology, or a related field, and you are looking for a mandatory internship.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office programs rounds out your profile.
- Your written and spoken German and English skills are excellent.
- Furthermore, you possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
- It is easy for you to work independently, analytically, and conceptually.
