About Team
We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Business analysis and modeling of IT industry's largest domestic and foreign companies to explore new business opportunities.
- Research and analyze focus areas, develop business plans, and offer proposals for the company's new business development.
- Understand the company's existing business, follow industry trends and related businesses, and propose management strategies accordingly.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Language and Communication Skill: Business level JP and English. Strong written communication skills in both EN and JP.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret complex data from various sources to derive actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced level of tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in data analysis, documentation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Internship Experience: Management consulting firm, PE/VC, IT industry internship experience.
- Academic Background: Strong academic background in quantitative fields such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Financial knowledge: Familiarity with Financial reports and IR materials
