What this job involves

As an Intern Project Manager, you will support experienced Project Managers in:

  • Coordinating the project and all stakeholders involved (externals and internals),

  • Carrying out administrative, legal, financial and technical arrangements for projects,

  • Providing technical, administrative and financial supervision of projects to ensure their successful completion,  

  • Supervising the work: comprehensive knowledge of project specifications, site preparation, coordination of all technical and architectural aspects, conducting site meetings and producing reports for project managers and clients,

  • Ensuring the monitoring of costs, quality, deadlines (work schedule) and HSQE policy in coordination with the project manager,

  • Day-to-day coordination of the various service providers (work progress, quality, regulatory documentation, invoicing),

  • Updating regular reports on the progress of the project for the client (drafting client reports, etc.),

  • Organization of the reception of the works, follow-up snag list and handover of the project to the client

  • You are preparing an engineering or architecture degree

  • You’ll have fluent knowledge of English and French.

  • You have excellent organizational skills and are detail-oriented

  • You are able to interact with executive level, external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.).

  • You are a team player

  • You adjust well to unforeseen / evolving situations
