We’re looking for an intern with a strong analytical mindset who thrives at the intersection of marketing, e-commerce operations and business controlling. This role is broad, hands-on and perfect for someone who wants to understand how online retail really works — from customer behavior and channel performance to profitability and merchandise planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Build financial and performance plans in line with merchandise strategies to help maximize profitability, improve forecasting accuracy and support commercial decision-making.
- Drive general e-commerce development — support our online store, map opportunities and help optimize end-to-end digital processes.
- Conduct market and customer research, including purchasing behavior, payment methods, delivery expectations and emerging market trends.
- Perform website testing, UX reviews and data-driven merchandising improvements to support conversion rate and customer experience.
- Support CRM activities: A/B testing, segmentation, email automation and SMS marketing.
- Produce, analyse and present performance and business reports across all channels, product categories, UX experiments and operational KPIs.
- Work on business controlling tasks, such as tracking KPIs, evaluating campaign ROI, reviewing channel efficiency and supporting cross-functional planning.
- Document and refine internal processes and workflows to support scalable growth.

Skills & Requirements
- Ongoing or completed studies in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in data, profitability, performance metrics and growth strategy.
- Curious, structured and proactive — comfortable switching between analysis, operations and creative problem-solving.
- An understanding of digital systems or marketing tools is helpful, but willingness to learn is even more important.
- Swedish is not required.
