We’re looking for an intern with a strong analytical mindset who thrives at the intersection of marketing, e-commerce operations and business controlling. This role is broad, hands-on and perfect for someone who wants to understand how online retail really works — from customer behavior and channel performance to profitability and merchandise planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive general e-commerce development — support our online store, map opportunities and help optimize end-to-end digital processes.
  • Conduct market and customer research, including purchasing behavior, payment methods, delivery expectations and emerging market trends.
  • Perform website testing, UX reviews and data-driven merchandising improvements to support conversion rate and customer experience.
  • Support CRM activities: A/B testing, segmentation, email automation and SMS marketing.
  • Produce, analyse and present performance and business reports across all channels, product categories, UX experiments and operational KPIs.
  • Work on business controlling tasks, such as tracking KPIs, evaluating campaign ROI, reviewing channel efficiency and supporting cross-functional planning.
  • Document and refine internal processes and workflows to support scalable growth.
