You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships.
Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.
Your responsibilities
- Assist with the ordering process, including order management, slot booking, stock control, outbound (transport), and returns.
- Support the coordination of the order/delivery process by working closely with the warehouse, logistics, and supply planning team to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries (OTIF).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to help address ways to improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist the finance and accounting team with processing credit claims and investigating root causes.
- Help maintain relationships with supply counterparts.
- Assist with weekly and daily service level reporting and identify discrepancies between internal data and customer data.
- Help prepare dashboards for the customer.
- Support monthly analysis on various supply topics for the department (cost-to-serve, truck optimization, dispute, service level, etc.).

The experience we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, supply chain, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning about New Product Introduction, manufacturing, or product innovation.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative team spirit
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new technology tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
