Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of individual income tax returns for expatriates and impatriates.
- Support with tax equalization calculations and related administrative tasks.
- Help coordinate immigration procedures, including visa and work permit applications and renewals.
- Collaborate on social security documentation, such as A1 certificates and coverage verifications.
- Maintain and update internal databases and assignment tracking systems.
- Communicate with internal teams and, when applicable, clients or assignees under supervision.
- Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Global Mobility team.

Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in global mobility, international taxation, and immigration.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong team player.
