Daily Work:
- Support production department from daily work, include:HSE, Quality & Productivity.
- Learning professional management tools including 5S, OpEx by serial training, and use these tools to improve and optimize workshop.
- Coordinate with other departments to support production improvements.(Quality problem solving, TPM, cost saving...)
- Learn production process and production equipment of Voith Paper Operations by rotation in different dept.
- Learn and master the products and process of Voith Paper FRS System
- Learn Voith quality standard and put the standard into practice to improve yield rate.

Requirements:
- 2025 graduates with Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical related
- Workable English both in oral and written
- Fast Learner with good communication and coordination, problem solving skills
