WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will support the project managers in the team with the integration of our tools according to deadlines and budget considerations.
You will work alongside the project managers in collecting all necessary tool-related requirements and assist in finding the most suitable solutions.
You will learn the process of how to set up the event management tool (website, registration forms, design, e-mails, etc.) in close cooperation with our colleagues and all stakeholders involved (main departments: hospitality, corporate communications, graphics, brand experiences, etc.). Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining data sets and the creation of high quality reports.
- Assist our project managers in all event management tool related topics
- Get insights in managing and executing event management tools & maintaining data sets
- Create reports on a regular base to keep all stakeholders updated
- Be responsible for integrating the event management tools in several projects and events, incl. specific functions
- Implement necessary processes within the software from the first briefing to go-live on a guest facing level
- Develop concepts and strategies in cooperation with our project managers
- Draft and maintain project plans, timelines, internal and external presentations and documentations
- Independently manage assigned project areas while making sure that the project lead is updated at all times
- Build and develop project management skills and take over responsibility in a global agency
