• As an MBA graduate from a top business school, this international rotation program will prepare you for assuming high-level responsibility within just 18 months. You will be rotating through different Bertelsmann divisions worldwide, seeking out and implementing a number of entrepreneurial projects as you go.

MEDIAn Data Science Program: Join and expand our data-driven philosophy

• Over the course of 12 months, you’ll work side-by-side with top data scientists on at least three major data projects. In an international setting, this trainee program allows you crack the most complex data challenges and sharpen your proficiency in different tools and programming languages.

• The 18-months trainee program aims at humanities and social sciences graduates who want to pursue a management career at Bertelsmann Germany. In the course of four placements, one of them in a European country, you will contribute your creative ideas in developing new business models and gain substantial know-how in business administration and entrepreneurship.

Media Management at Gruner + Jahr: Grow your skillset through editorial and strategic projects

• This 18-months program will provide you with in-depth insights into the world of publishing management. As a Media Management trainee, you’ll drive the digital business of one of Europe’s biggest magazine publishers and contribute your own ideas to the development of new business models.
