Details
As a Working Student in HR Data Analytics & Power BI, you’ll play an active role in developing dashboards, improving data processes, and shaping how we use HR data to support our people strategy. You’ll work closely with the People Team and contribute to meaningful projects that impact the entire organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key HR metrics and trends
- Work with Power BI to connect and structure internal databases and make data easily accessible
- Research new Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve our reporting approach
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights
- Contribute basic code or scripts — or bring a good understanding of programming concepts to support technical implementation
- Support ongoing data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity across all dashboards
- Contribute to the automation of recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Stay up to date with best practices and latest trends in HR analytics, BI tools, and reporting methods
- Bring in your own ideas to improve how we use data in our people-related decision-making

Your Experience
- You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master’s program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field — or you bring relevant prior work experience (e.g. from an apprenticeship) that has equipped you with strong analytical thinking and a solid understanding of fast-paced business environment or HR processes.
- Solid experience with Power BI, including knowledge of DAX and data modeling
- Good understanding of SQL and how to use it for data extraction and transformation
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for solving problems
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Proactive, self-organized, hands-on mentality and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Previous experience working with HR tools or HR-related data is a plus
