About the Role
This is not your typical HR internship. It’s a strategic, international experience that gives you a front-row seat to how a global company scales its business through culture, teams, and people processes across markets.You’ll discover all aspects of our People function, from HR foundations to talent projects, internal comms, analytics, and employer branding.
People Projects & Culture (30%)
- Partner with the Chief People Officer on strategic initiatives: performance, engagement, manager enablement, culture boost, and new HR programs.
- Support the creation of training, learning, and development initiatives for international teams.
- Contribute to the roll-out of our AI-for-HR initiatives and digital transformation roadmap.
- Gather and analyze feedback to help shape sunday’s employee experience
People Operations (50%)
- Support the day-to-day running of our People function across France, the UK, and the US.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of people data, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation across our tools (HiBob, Notion, Slack).
- Help ensure global compliance and best practices across employment standards.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams.
Internal Comms & Employer Brand (20%)
- Bring our culture to life through creative content and storytelling (Slack, Notion, LinkedIn).
- Help refresh internal documentation and People playbooks.
- Participate in employer brand campaigns showcasing sunday’s people and impact globally, especially with Linkedin publications.
- Coordinate with local teams to ensure cultural consistency across markets.

- How HR contributes strategically to business growth and culture.
- How to operate across multiple geographies with different legal frameworks and expectations.
- How to drive operational excellence through tools, data, and process design.
- How to build and communicate an authentic employer brand that attracts top talent.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Chief People Officer and the global People team, gaining exposure to executive-level projects and decision-making.
